What we collectWhat we do not collectHow data is storedWho can access itRetentionYour rightsChanges to this policyContactThis policy explains, in plain language, how Axiom handles data today and what changes when we begin processing customer records. Where a section is not yet applicable, we say so directly.
Today: only what account authentication requires — an email address and sign-in credentials. No invoice, contract, or customer data is collected yet.
We do not buy, scrape, or infer personal data. We do not use tracking beyond what is required to keep the site secure.
Authentication data is held by our auth provider. When customer data processing begins, storage location, encryption, and access controls will be documented here.
Access is limited to named staff on a need-to-know basis, backed by role-based controls and logging once processing begins.
We keep data only as long as the engagement and the law require. Deletion on request will be a documented process, not a favor.
You can ask what we hold and request correction or deletion. The mechanism — a single email address — will be published here before launch.
Material changes get a new 'last updated' date and, where required, direct notice.
